About us
Tech Repair Zone is a trading name of OMAX IT SOLUTION LTD, based at 259 High Road, Leytonstone, London, E11 4HH.
Repair services
- We'll diagnose the fault and let you know the cost before carrying out any chargeable repair.
- No fix, no fee — if we can't fix it, you don't pay for the attempt.
- We recommend backing up your device before any repair — we're not responsible for data loss during standard repair work.
- Devices not collected within two weeks of completion will be moved to archive storage; contact us to arrange collection after that point.
Sale of refurbished devices
- All devices are graded honestly by condition (e.g. A-Grade, Fair) with the grading explained at the point of sale.
- Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything in these terms.
Website use
Content on this site (text, images, logo) belongs to Tech Repair Zone / OMAX IT SOLUTION LTD unless stated otherwise, and shouldn't be copied without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
