We use this information to carry out the repair or sale you've asked for, to contact you about your booking or enquiry, and to keep records required for our business and legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We only share it with service providers who help us run the business (such as our email or hosting provider), and only as far as needed for them to provide that service.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and repair records for as long as needed to provide warranty cover and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Ask us to delete your data, where we're not required to keep it.
